Maprox Abstract

As you've probably noticed, I've been into the floral thing lately.  I guess it's just the season for it! This painting is done on 14x11 textured stretched canvas.  Acrylics, texture mediums and metallics applied with both brush and palette knife.  Tried to loosen up on this one and paint a little more abstractly.  I think I'm going to enter this in an upcoming exhibit next month.Purchase Info Here, or  visit my BLOG:  Donna Holdsworth Contemporary Art.   Thank you!

This painting is done on 14x11 stretched canvas.  Alternate layers of texture, acrylic and collage. Started out cooler tones but once again the painting had a mind of its own! Can be hung vertically(the way I painted it) or horizontally (the way my husband hung it!)
